Mindless Knitting

After my 2 hour drive home last night (Everett to Auburn-got to love it), I was ready for a glass of wine and some knitting time. I cast on for pillow cover. I am using the dice method here. Assign each color a number and rool the dice to see which color you are going to knit with. Roll again for the number of rows. It is mindless knitting but I really haven't had that for a while. This should get done fairly quickly. Now to find some fabric for the back.

  • I tried doing that when I knit my Poppy sweater, but ironically, the random numbers weren't random enough for me ;)

  • I love dice knitting. It started as a way that I could get my son to allow me knitting time by letting him assign the colors and roll the dice. His favorite sweater was knit that way.
