Fingers Crossed Yet Again

My sick day on Thursday turned into round 3 for keeping my fingers crossed. We met the realtor to look at the house again and she gave us the news that the second buyer had come back and wanted to buy again. Same offer. We want to be so done with all of this so we signed and looking at our new house was a great feeling. We are still a little leary that she will back out again but we did go furniture shopping Friday and Saturday and told our parent's the good news yesterday. If all goes well, we close on the 1st. Fingers are very tightly crossed since comparable houses in the neighborhood have jumped $40,000 since we put our offer in last month.
