Will the 3rd time be the charm?

First off, Here is today's progress on the Seahawk socks. I had to start over this morning after my gauge was a little off. I like them and hope Hubby wears them as much as his other pair.

Next- Our house is back on the market. The buyer backed out this morning so we get her $1000 earnest money for our trouble. I guess it will buy a new fridge but we are so stressed out. We have until the end of April to get our house sold or else we can lose the house we are buying. Everyone from our family to our agents and lender are telling us we are having hte worst luck. I want to know what can we do to change that. Did I give out soem really bad karma and now it is kicking my ass? Is it a sign that maybe we shouldn't be getting a new house? We are going to check it our again tonight for what was going to be a happy time of measuring for new things, matching paint, etc. Now it is a big let down and kind of rubbing in our faces that we are back to square one.
