Sick day

Good news: The Knitpicks order came and I cast on for the Seahawk socks last night! Pics and progress to come.

Bad News: Still sick and stressed about the house. Turns out our potential buyer put offers on 2 houses and was waiting to hear back on the other house. That was why we didn't hear back about our inspection counter-offer. Last night we finally bit the bulllet and signed off on her request, locking her into the purchase. We still have not heard anything from her. So, we have technically sold our house but have been told she may back out in which case we get her earnest money.

Our agents have told us to move forward with our purchase because they have sold our house twice in a weekend and if she does back out they are confident that they will sell it again before we close on our new house. All I can say about this whole process is fuckity-fuck-fuck-fuck!
