New Goal Set

June 2nd I am going to Lake Tahoe for work. I had dreamed when I started Lara that I would be wearing it there. Well, Lara has taken a seat to yarn dyeing, little league, socks and more. My goal is to have Lara done by June 1st. That gives me 21 days to get it done. Should not be too much of a problem. I have just chosen to work on other things. I need to get my ass in gear so I can work on my One Skein SP project before July (yes, I am a prior planner. It prevents piss-poor performance, as my dad used to say).

We are taking the corporate jet for the trip. I am the most nervous flyer and the thought of flying on and 8 seat plane where the bathroom has curtain for a door and the toilet doubles as an emergency 9th seat sounds far from glamourous. Hubby was going to go but work and limited seats ended that. I am getting anxious already. Plus I am expecting the common old lady knitting jokes as I am travelling with 7 guys who have no qualms about giving me shit. I am sure the iPod loaded with showtunes won't help me either.
