It's not easy being green...

Poor Backyard Leaves. I have set it aside and neglected it. I am even thinking about frogging it. I like the pattern but I think I chose the wrong yarn with Lamb's Pride Worsted. Maybe a finer gauge would work better. I have been working on it for about a month and have only done 3 repeats of the pattern. What to do? I don't like to have UFO's lying around. This is probably the longest I have gone without working on a project. Do I finish the sweater I am working on and then concentrate on this as my sole project? What to do?
