My Heart will be Blessed with the Sound of Music
Yesterday we went to see The Sound of Music. We have taken my step-son to see Oklahoma and The Wizard of Oz but I wasn't sure how much he would like this one. Turns out he liked it and asked if it was a movie and if we have it. Of course we do! Next up for him- Les Miz in May. For us- Mamma Mia this weekend, if all goes well with the surgery tomorrow. I called my parents as a back-up incase my hubby isn't up to par by then.
I started the finishing on Stocking #1 but ran into a roadblock when I found I didn't have any orange yarn for the nose of the snowman. Bring out the kool-aid! Why buy a full skein for only 10 yds? Once it drys, I will work on finishing again.

I hope your surgery went well and that you heal quickly.
Knitting is good company at the hospital I found last year when I had a fibroid removed. I couldn't read, was too drugged up to watch TV but boy did I want to knit.
I'll try to come back and check up on you.
